Soft Crete Systems Warranty & Responsibility
What Are Soft Crete Systems
Soft Crete Systems are proprietary surfacing systems supplied exclusively to independent Authorized Dealers. These systems include rubber safety surfacing, resin bound stone, and other specialty resurfacing solutions used across residential, commercial, recreational, and institutional environments.
Soft Crete supplies system materials, specifications, and technical guidance to its Authorized Dealer network.
Soft Crete does not perform installations and does not contract directly with homeowners, commercial clients, municipalities, or institutions.
All installations are performed by independent Authorized Dealers operating as separate businesses.
Wide Range of Applications
Soft Crete® Systems are versatile resurfacing solutions used in residential, commercial, and institutional environments across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Common applications include pool decks, patios, walkways, playgrounds, commercial entrances, recreational spaces, and other high-traffic outdoor areas.
Because every project involves unique substrates, site conditions, environmental exposure, and usage demands, installation quality and site preparation play a critical role in system performance.
For this reason, Soft Crete Systems operate under a local Authorized Dealer warranty structure.
Your Soft Crete surface was installed by an independent Authorized Dealer who is responsible for:
- Site inspection and project evaluation
- Surface preparation and substrate suitability
- Installation workmanship
- Compliance with local codes and site requirements
- Any warranty provided to the client
Your installer is therefore the primary point of contact for service, warranty, and maintenance matters.
Material Warranty
Soft Crete provides a material warranty to its Authorized Dealers only.
This warranty exists solely between Soft Crete and the Authorized Dealer purchasing and installing the system materials. The Soft Crete material warranty does not extend directly to homeowners, commercial property owners, municipalities, institutions, or other end users.
Any warranty related to installation or project performance is issued solely by the Authorized Dealer who performed the work.
If You Have a Concern
If an issue arises with your installation:
- Contact your installing Authorized Dealer directly
- The dealer will inspect the installation and determine appropriate corrective action
- If required, the dealer may consult Soft Crete regarding system materials or specifications
Soft Crete provides technical support to its Authorized Dealer network but does not administer warranty claims with end clients.
